Former President Donald Trump unleashed a torrent of criticism Thursday against his new campaign rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, including attacks on her energy and climate policies and on her intelligence.

If Harris wins the presidency, “you’re going to have fuel prices go through the roof,” Trump said.
